Michelle Mack

As UWSMP’s new Guest Services Coordinator, Michelle is excited to deepen her involvement with the South Madison community. With professional experience in management, food service, and childcare, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work.

At UWSMP, Michelle plays a key role in supporting the management of the community space, including leading room reservation coordination, greeting and assisting guests, coordinating logistics for meetings and events, and helping ensure the space remains welcoming, clean, and well-organized for both campus and community partners.

Michelle also supports SMP anchor partner communications and other coordination, while working closely with student staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Michelle’s attention to detail and warm presence help foster an environment where diverse groups feel welcomed and supported.
